Hello everyone! The purpose of the site is to help folks with their dental questions in order to educate them and basically make better choices in regards to their dental health. In the process, I hopefully can ease the apprehension of going to the dentist by listening to your concerns and giving you information and tips to complete your dental treatment. Of course, I cannot make a diagnosis of a specific situation over the internet (proper x-rays, visual exam, periodontal probings and medical history are needed for a proper diagnosis) but I can answer general questions, for example, what is a root canal? what should I expect during and after the procedure?, why do I need a crown?, which materials should I chose for my crown, fill, partial etc... The number of questions are endless and I am ready to answer them for you. Well, you might say why am I doing this. For one simple reason, I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT MY PATIENTS ALWAYS APPRECIATE THE FACT THAT BEFORE I PERFORM ANY PROCEDURE I FULLY EXPLAIN WHAT WE ARE DOING. I have received comments from patients stating "I have never received such a thorough explanation of what is going on when I had a dental procedure". Knowledge is power. The power to be at ease at what is being performed. 

Of course, I do also offer my in-office services to anyone who may want a consult or second opinion. The consults are only $15 which cover an oral exam, digital x-rays and treatment plan (if you have an insurance plan your $15 may be waived pending eligibility). A written treatment estimate will be given to you. If you would like to begin treatment we often can start many procedures the same day. Again, there are no pressure tactics. We inform you of your dental status, give you reasonable fees and you decide if and when you want to begin treatment. Even if you decide not to begin treatment, we have at least provided you a framework of what should be accomplished and the rationale for doing so.
